Deposit: I require a 25% deposit within 48 hours of booking in order to secure session dates. Remainder due no later than the day prior to session. Deposits are non-refundable. *** Please note: Sessions that are booked with 7 days of session date must be paid in full at time of booking.***
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel without rescheduling for a new date, no later than 60 days of original session date, you will forfeit your deposit. I understand some circumstances can't be avoided and reserve the right to handle those on a case-by-case basis.
Payment Options: I currently only take CC payments through Paypal or Venmo
Travel: For sessions that require travel outside of the Destin, Fort Walton, and Niceville area, travel expenses may apply.
Weather: I reserve the right to reschedule our session based on inclement weather conditions. I will do my best to accomidate both of our schedules, but if you cannot reschedule or choose not to reschedule, it will be considered canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.
Family Sessions: These session fees will cover up to 5 people. There will be an additional charge of $20 for each additional person.
Artistic Vision: By hiring to capture your special moments, you are trusting me to capture my vision of your photo session. I will do my best to accommodate any requests you have, such as if you prefer no black & white photo edits, please request this prior to our session. Additional editing requests may incure additional costs per photo.
